About the role
Job Posting Work Schedule and Shift Premiums Shifts may vary: 5am - 1:30pm, 11am - 7:30pm, or 7am - 3:30pmWill be scheduled for every other weekend and holiday Weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow oral and written instructions and compute basic math problems. Some cooking experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Organizes daily schedule to accommodate efficient food production and service
- Follows established policies and procedures for food safety and infection control. Follows food safety standards to facilitate efficient and safe food production
- Dishes food in an attractive and appetizing manner on the tray line
- Cooks' food at the proper temperature, for the correct length of time and to minimize the length of time it is at room temperature
- Documents food temperatures before serving food and documents temperatures after meal service
- Utilizes correct portion control measures by weighing or measuring food as indicated
- Uses proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques on work surfaces, equipment and cutting boards after each use and as required
- Follows standardized recipes. Tastes food during preparation
- Recognizes job relationships and functions effectively within the organizational structure
