About the role
Connect With Great Clinicians. Build Meaningful Relationships. At Connect n Care ABA, we believe great care starts with great people. We’re looking for a Clinical Recruiter to help us connect with talented clinicians across our growing markets. This role is primarily focused on proactively sourcing and recruiting BCBAs and BCaBAs, while also supporting other clinical recruiting needs as directed. You’ll spend your time finding qualified professionals, starting conversations, building relationships, and helping candidates discover opportunities that may be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Proactively source BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other ABA clinical professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach to connect with both active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, including staying connected with strong candidates for future opportunities.
Learn about candidates’ experience, career goals, location, availability, and what they’re looking for in their next opportunity.
Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews and help identify candidates who align with available opportunities.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring and offer process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.Partner with TA leadership to understand current hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
Support recruiting events, outreach campaigns, recruitment marketing, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Meet established recruiting KPIs and remain open to feedback and coaching.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of recruiting experience, with ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred.
BCBA/BCaBA recruiting experience is a plus.
Experience with proactive sourcing and candidate outreach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building professional relationships.
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Experience with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, or other recruiting tools.
Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
