Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS📍 New York City | Hybrid💰 $110K–$130K base | $270K–$290K OTETwentyAI has partnered with a market-leading B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new-logo growth across strategic enterprise accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who has consistently closed complex SaaS deals, navigated multiple stakeholders, and sold directly to VP and C-level decision-makers. Prop Tech or commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required—we are primarily looking for accomplished SaaS sellers who can learn a new industry and clearly communicate business value.
What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales CLOSEING experience• Strong track record of winning net-new business• Experience closing complex deals ranging from $50K–$500K+ ACV• Success selling to VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders• Strong discovery, negotiation, forecasting, and deal-management skills• Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles• Prop Tech, real estate technology, or data-solutions experience is a plus—not a requirement
What You’ll Be Doing: • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close• Target strategic accounts and develop new business opportunities• Build relationships with senior executives and navigate complex buying committees• Lead consultative discovery, product presentations, and executive-level conversations• Develop account strategies and maintain accurate quarterly forecasts• Partner with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, and leadership Interested?
