Assembly Technician

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies into finished machines Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures Check your work for quality, accuracy, and consistency Spot issues and communicate them to the team Keep your work area clean and organized Support production goals and build schedulesWHAT THE SHOP IS LIKE7:00 AM to 3:30 PM normal shift Monday through Friday schedule Overtime during busy seasons, usually in the spring Clean, bright production environment Air-conditioned production facility with large windows and natural light Tools and training provided Team-oriented production environmentWHO FITS HEREYou like hands-on mechanical work You take pride in doing quality work You notice when something doesn’t look right You can follow instructions and stay focused You show up on time and ready to work You work well with a team You are dependable and willing to learnEXPERIENCE THAT HELPSYou do not need to know our machines before you start. Experience that translates well to this role includes: Assembly or manufacturing work Mechanical or shop experience Hand tools and power tools Work instructions, diagrams, or basic drawings Automotive, equipment, agricultural, small engine, or machinery experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis is a hands-on production job.
