About the role
Summary:
Ironwear is an established and growing safety solution provider. For over 30 years we have manufactured, developed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all industrial markets around the globe. The screen print operator assistant is responsible for helping the screen print operators. This position includes preparing garments to be screen printed and helping the operator in their tasks. If done well, this person can be trained to be a screen print operator.
This position works Monday – Friday
Location: 2830 E. Pasadena Blvd, Deer Park, TX 77536
Responsibilities:
Preparing garments to be printed
Washing screens
Retrieving printed garments once printed to prepare and help pack into cartons
Assisting in any manner in the screen print room
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Eagerness to learn and adapt to other functionalities within the printing process
