This is an executive level role that connects relationships with project performance shaping how they pursue work, deliver results, and develop the next generation of builders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all project management and field operations teams. Drive project execution, profitability, scheduling, safety, and quality initiatives. Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations staff. Partner with pre-construction and business development teams to support project pursuits and client relationships. Monitor financial performance, project risk, and resource allocation across the portfolio. Ensure exceptional client service and successful project delivery. Support strategic planning and company growth initiatives. Ideal Background Bachelors degree in construction management or related field 15+ years of commercial construction experience with a reputable general contractor. Proven leadership experience managing multiple Project Managers and Superintendents. Demonstrated success overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout. Experience building teams, improving operational systems, and driving profitable growth.
