This senior leadership role is pivotal in running the executive office, sharpening strategy, and ensuring the effective execution of tasks. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with a strong background in sales development, reporting, and data storytelling. Responsibilities include serving as the CMO's closest advisor, building and refining board-level materials, and preparing the CMO for high-stakes moments.The role also involves overseeing sales development reporting, and performance, and maintaining a strong partnership with revenue marketing, sales, and RevOps to align the marketing narrative with funnel activities.To excel in this position, candidates must have prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a functionally equivalent role, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, particularly in the context of marketing, sales, or revenue operations. A background in agency, events, or PR is an asset, as is experience in a PE-owned company. The role requires a high level of comfort with data, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives.The ideal candidate will have a background in a SaaS or technology company and be prepared for frequent travel.
