Customer Service EngineerWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Engineer in customer support, service management, or a related field. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesLead management of web portal and user catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer service offerings.Oversee helpdesk operations, managing tickets from submission to resolution while maintaining exceptional service standards.Collaborate with government teams to provide actionable feedback and implement process improvements.Design and deploy customer surveys for helpdesk, projects, and enterprise support to drive service enhancements.Partner with customers to capture new requirements, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of tailored services that meet their objectives.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:6 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles.Must be a US Citizen - Able to obtain a Public Trust.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.Experience with helpdesk management, web portals, and customer survey tools is highly desirable.Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service.Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.Job ID 2025-20565Work Type On-SiteCompany DescriptionWork Where it MattersAkima Global Technology (AGT), an Akima company, is not just another federal IT contractor.
