About the role
Net Suite Business Systems ManagerPE-Backed Retailer | New York, NYWe are working with an exceptional client in the retail space to hire a Net Suite Business Systems Manager. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of their finance systems environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, owning the alignment between business process and system capability while driving user adoption and long-term system health.
What You'll Do:
Own the alignment of finance processes across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation Map processes to Net Suite's standard capabilities, prioritizing configuration over customization Drive testing, training, and user adoption across the Finance team Partner with IT to ensure accurate, smooth data migration Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain for end-to-end integration Support Finance post go-live, identifying AI-driven process improvements
Qualifications:
Full-cycle Net Suite implementation experience Experience in retail or CPG industries Strong knowledge of accounting principles in a multi-company, multi-currency environment Expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation Experience optimizing finance processes while aligning with system best practices Proven data migration, UAT, and user training experience This is a full-time position based in NYC, hybrid with 4 days on-site per week.
