The Senior Copywriter will take increasing ownership of projects from manuscript development through final execution, contribute to concepting and messaging development, and begin taking a more active role in client meetings and presentations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop clear, compelling copy across payer, market access, and healthcare communications
- Translate complex clinical, economic, HEOR/RWE, and market access information into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging
- Create copy for payer presentations, value propositions, sales materials, leave-behinds, digital content, reimbursement/access materials, and integrated campaigns

- Research, analyze, and interpret clinical studies, published literature, market research, and other source materials
- Partner closely with Art Directors to develop and execute creative ideas across channels
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account, Editorial, Project Management, and senior Creative team members
- Participate in internal and client meetings and take an increasingly active role in presenting and discussing creative work
- Develop manuscripts and prepare materials for MLR review, including referencing, annotation, and revisions
- Incorporate internal and client feedback while maintaining strategic and creative integrity
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with increasing independence
- Ensure copy is accurate, on strategy, on brand, and aligned with the intended audience
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional copywriting experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical advertising, medical communications, market access, or a related agency environment
- Experience with payer, market access, managed care, HEOR, or value communications preferred
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and data-driven information
- Strong writing and conceptual skills with an eye for both the larger story and executional details
- Experience partnering with Art and other cross-functional disciplines
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical MLR processes, referencing, and annotation
- Comfortable participating in client conversations and interested in developing greater client-facing responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while producing consistently high-quality work
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
