Role Description:
The Office Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting daily administrative operations for Wisconsin Power and Light Co. This position manages scheduling, organizes documents and records, and coordinates internal communications to ensure smooth office workflows. The Office Coordinator will handle phone calls and virtual correspondence, support customer inquiries, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up. Additional responsibilities include tracking office-related requests, working with digital office tools and systems, and collaborating with team members to resolve administrative and customer service issues promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination. Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and digital office tools, such as email platforms, collaboration software, and basic data entry systems. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably in utilities or a regulated industry. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability in a remote work environment, and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
