This is a testament to the great team and culture we have here at iT1.The Sales Talent Recruiter is responsible for full‐cycle recruiting for sales roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive sales talent. This role works closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a high‐quality, professional candidate experience.This role plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by ensuring sales positions are filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right talent. This position is execution‐focused, highly collaborative, and accountable for managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.Sales Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionLead full‐cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationPartner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelinesPartner with the Marketing team to support recruitment‐focused content for social media postsManage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goalsConduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersProvide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a strong candidate experienceSupport offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadershipSourcing & Pipeline ManagementProactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting toolsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talentUtilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate activity and hiring progressMaintain accurate and up‐to‐date candidate records and recruiting documentationCollaboration & Process SupportWork closely with the HR team align on recruiting priorities and processesPartner with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelinesSupport continuous improvement of sales recruiting processes and practicesEnsure recruiting activities align with company standards and compliance requirementsProvide recruiting support for additional roles as needed based on business priorities and hiring demandOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive sales talentAbility to build relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholdersAbility to meet monthly hiring goals and requirementsSolid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, and revenue‐driven environmentsStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong follow‐through and organizational skillsAbility to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalismComfort working in a fast‐paced, changing environmentProficiency with ATS and recruiting tools; ability to learn new systems quicklyQualifications2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting roleDemonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environmentExperience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferredProfessional, collaborative, and candidate‐focused approachPhysical DemandsSit at a computer for 8 hours per dayKeyboarding for 8 hours per dayNear Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)Speaking (communicating information to clients / coworkers)Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)Job LocationIf local to Tempe, AZ, onsite/hybridIf located outside of reasonable commute, remoteMedical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiumsTwo weeks paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off401(k) Plan with employer matchOnsite Fitness CenterOnsite Monthly Massages*iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
