About the role

Job Description: We are looking for dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associatesto join our production team at our Ramsey, NJ facility. This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are interested in learning modern window and door manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Manufacture and assemble uPVC windows and doors Cut, prepare, reinforce, weld, clean, and assemble components Install hardware, gaskets, glass, and other components Operate production machinery and hand/power tools after training Read production sheets, measurements, and manufacturing instructions Verify dimensions and perform quality-control checks Identify and report production or quality issues Package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Follow company production and safety procedures Work with the production team to meet quality and scheduling goals
Qualifications: Manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or window/door experience is preferred, butwe are willing to train the right candidate Comfortable working with measurements and basic math Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to safely lift and handle manufacturing materials Willing to learn multiple production stations
