About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 200-unit portfolio in NYC.
Responsibilities: Manage daily property operations and resident relations. Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors. Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Prepare and manage budgets, approve invoices, and monitor expenses. Ensure rent collection and compliance with NYC housing regulations. Respond to resident concerns and provide regular reports to ownership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.5+ years of residential property management experience in NYC.Experience managing multifamily properties. Strong budgeting, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Real Page, MRI, or similar).
