Remote Donation Call Specialist If you have a clear voice, a calm demeanor, and a passion for helping others we want you on our team. Join us as a Remote Donation Call Specialist and help national nonprofit organizations connect with donors and raise the funds they need to make a difference. In this role, you will: Answer inbound calls and reach out to current/past donors Create a positive giving experience with clarity and care Accurately enter donation details into the system Ensure donor satisfaction through excellent service Achieve goals that open the door to promotions

Requirements: High school diploma or GED6+ months remote or 1 year on-site customer support experience Strong verbal communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office Quiet, distraction-free workspace Tech Setup: Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)USB headset with noise cancellation Wired internet connection Dual monitors recommended No Macbooks or Chromebooks
