About the role
Job Description:
Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Lead Dispatcher for the North Texas area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate vehicle dispatching activities to optimize fleet utilization.
Manage multi-line phone systems and internal communication channels to facilitate real-time updates.
Ensure adherence to transportation management policies.
Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle status, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dispatching.
Must be bilingual (spanish).Must have a driver's license.
Must be able to work weekends as needed.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for phone call management, customer service, and internal collaboration.
Ability to analyze data using analytical skills to improve dispatching processes.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and clarity.
