We are expanding our promotional division and seeking an outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, community outreach campaigns, and prominent nonprofit initiatives. If you are a people-person who wants hands-on experience in event marketing, public communications, customer service, and fundraising, this is the perfect career launchpad. Key Responsibilities:
Event Logistics: Assist with the daily setup, execution, visual displays, asset management, and breakdown of live marketing events. Public Engagement: Welcome and actively engage event attendees, community members, and donors face-to-face. Nonprofit Advocacy: Share clear, inspiring information regarding nonprofit campaigns, local programs, and charitable initiatives. Registration & Sign-ups: Support attendee registrations, process campaign sign-ups, and manage donor information accurately. Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor while acting as a brand ambassador for our community and nonprofit partners. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing paid training sessions to sharpen your skills in public speaking, event marketing, and campaign management.

Who We Are:
Looking For (Qualifications):Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Outgoing, friendly personality with comfort in high-energy, face-to-face public environments. Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
