Apply defensive design practices, watchdogs, and other techniques to meet required timing, safety, reliability, and performance expectations. Maintain clear, version-controlled specifications that support product design, verification, and release.
Prototype, Test & Validate: Accelerate equipment bring-up through prototyping, bench validation, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Instrument boards and collect reproducible test data using scopes, analyzers, and other engineering tools. Troubleshoot integration issues and reconcile test results against models, requirements, and specifications. Plan firmware verification, develop test cases, and execute regression and system-level testing. Provide traceable test results, logs, and issue-closure documentation to demonstrate readiness throughout the NPI Stage-Gate process.
Integrate Firmware & Equipment Systems: Collaborate with engineering partners on schematics, pinouts, timing, and system interfaces. Validate communications and interfaces including Ethernet, SPI, I²C, UART, RS-485, and Ethernet/IP. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
