Scaffold Helper Bilfinger Salamis, Inc. is a leading international services contractor with a proven track record in providing integrated, multi-disciplined support services and maintenance solutions to international blue-chip clients, primarily in the energy, petrochemical, industrial, and utilities sector. We are currently recruiting for Scaffold Helpers for a job site in the Lafayette, Indiana area. No previous experience is required; however, considerable strength and endurance is required to safely and successfully perform this job. These strength and endurance demands are due to the weight of the materials used and the frequency with which they are handled and/or transported; may lift items up to 75 lbs.
Minimum Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding at various heights. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull: objects, materials, controls, and tools Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds often and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Must be able to follow both verbal and written instruction.
