About the role
Company Description:
Megan Rich Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a locally owned practice with over 25 years of experience treating a broad range of patient populations, from sports and dance-related injuries to neuromuscular conditions. The practice offers a movement studio and warm water pool, providing Pilates and aquatic exercise classes for current and former patients, the public, and staff. With a strong emphasis on one-on-one care, the practice prioritizes both high-quality patient outcomes and a supportive, satisfying work environment. Scheduling is intentionally flexible so that therapists can pursue professional growth, maintain work-life balance, and take time for personal and family needs.

The role involves collaborating with other therapists, utilizing the movement studio and warm water pool when appropriate, and coordinating care to support safe return to function and performance. The Physical Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and engage in ongoing learning to enhance clinical skills.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
