Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher – Schwartz Heating & CoolingSchwartz Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our front-office team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys helping customers, stays organized in a busy office environment, and can handle multiple administrative responsibilities throughout the day. Previous dispatching experience especially in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home-service industry is a strong plus. Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments. Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information. Respond to emails and general customer inquiries. Assist with basic administrative and front-office tasks. Communicate appointment and service information clearly with customers and team members. Help coordinate technician schedules and dispatching when needed. Maintain organized and accurate records. Support the office team with additional administrative duties as assigned. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional and confident phone etiquette. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using computers and performing data entry. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.$16.00 – $22.00/hour, depending on experience. Health, dental, and vision benefits.
