About the role
We are seeking multiple experienced Investor Services professionals to oversee a portfolio of investment fund clients while delivering exceptional service and ensuring the accurate, timely execution of all investor servicing activities. This role is responsible for managing client relationships throughout the full fund lifecycle, acting as a primary point of contact for investors, internal stakeholders, auditors, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of investment fund clients and serve as the primary relationship manager. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Develop a thorough understanding of fund structures, investment strategies, performance fee calculations, and applicable AML and compliance requirements. Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other investor-related activity. Respond promptly and professionally to client and investor inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service. Coordinate and manage client-specific requests, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve service delivery. Partner with external auditors during year-end financial statement preparation and audit processes. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory procedures are followed. Review and authorize fund-related payments in accordance with established controls. Ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution across all investor servicing functions.
Qualifications:
Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or investment operations supporting alternative investment funds. Experience with investor servicing or fund administration platforms is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced financial qualification is a plus.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of investment fund operations and investor servicing. Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with fund administration systems is an advantage.
