Ambitions ABA is hiring a BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families near the Springfield & Fall River, MA area. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration. This role offers in-person or hybrid opportunities with a flexible schedule, PTO, professional development assistance, and opportunities for career growth alongside other BCBAs.
