About the role

Amcor is seeking a Human Resources Director of Operations to lead HR for five plant locations and supporting functions. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to drive talent initiatives, performance management, and labor relations while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. As a strategic HR partner, you will coach leaders, develop programs, and guide workforce planning, organizational redesign, and succession planning to support Amcor’s operational goals.
