About the role

Job Description: We are hiring Data Center Technicians to support a large-scale data center infrastructure deployment. Technicians will perform rack deployment, equipment installation, fiber/copper cabling, testing, troubleshooting, and related installation activities.
Responsibilities: Install, position, and ground data center racks/cabinets. Install servers, network equipment, PDUs, routers/TORs, SFPs, and related hardware. Pull, route, dress, label, and connect fiber and copper cabling. Work with LC, SC, MTP/MPO, RJ45, single-mode, and multimode fiber. Install structured fiber, MPO-to-MPO trunk cables, and patch panels. Perform connectivity checks, Layer 1 troubleshooting, and quality checks. Use fiber testing equipment such as Power Meter, VFL, OTDR, and Fiberscope as applicable to experience level. Follow MOPs, drawings, cable assignments, work instructions, and safety requirements. Support punch-list and corrective activities.
