About the role
About Agent 4 Marketing Agent 4M.com is a real estate media company based in Chandler, Arizona. Since 2017 we've helped Arizona agents market their listings with professional photography, drone photos and video, Matterport and Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, and sign post and lockbox installation.
The role:
You'll photograph homes across the Greater Phoenix area, usually several shoots a day. Our app gives you your schedule, directions, access codes and a shot list for every home. You shoot, upload, and move to the next one.
What you'll do:
Photograph interiors and exteriors to our style and shot list Fly drone photos and video where the order calls for it Capture Matterport and Zillow 3D tours Be on time, professional and friendly with agents and homeowners Upload each shoot the same day
What we're looking for:
Real estate or architectural photography experience, with a portfolio Your own full-frame camera and wide lensFAA Part 107 drone license, or willing to get one Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Comfortable using a smartphone app for your schedule and uploads Customer service first: agents are our clients and homeowners are our guests
Nice to have:
Matterport experience Twilight and video experience Photo editing skills Pay and schedule Hourly pay, based on experience, plus mileage. Weekday shoots with some Saturdays.
