About the role
To drive AI adoption and optimize People processes, the remote People Transformation Specialist will leverage analytics to redesign onboarding, performance management, and other core HR functions while collaborating with leaders to enhance employee experience and data reporting.
Key responsibilities
Identify and implement AI tools to improve People team workflows and processes
Audit and redesign core People processes to eliminate friction and ensure scalability
Maintain and report on key People metrics, providing insights for workforce planning and decision-making
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR transformation, people analytics, or related operational roles
Hands-on experience with AI tools and optimizing operational processes
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
