About the role

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking a Senior IP Counsel to lead patent and trademark activities, advise on exclusivity, and support freedom-to-operate analyses. This remote role reports to the Chief IP Counsel and collaborates with the IP team. You will integrate with R&D to identify IP opportunities, manage patent prosecution, monitor third-party activity, oversee OSS licensing, and run trademark strategy with outside counsel.
