About the role
Managing group sales opportunities for a portfolio of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels, the full-time Central Sales Specialist will qualify inbound inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate business, and provide exceptional client service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound group inquiries and qualify sales opportunities from multiple lead sources
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a high level of client service throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with hotel teams and utilize sales technology to optimize conversion rates and align opportunities with revenue strategies
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales, group sales, or comparable hospitality sales experience
Proficiency with Hyatt sales systems and industry technology, including Envision, OPERA, Cvent, and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
