Full-Time| Company Driver | Current as of Oct 2, 2026 Description Got your Class A CDL? New grad or experienced, we have a seat for you! Most carriers want 1-2 years before they'll put you on a flatbed. We don't. MDX Must sign in Inc trains you on load securement, chains, binders, straps and tarping, and you're paid the whole time you learn. Solo in your own truck after trainer sign-off. 2 Must sign in Volvo VNL & Freight Must sign in r Cascadia automatics with APU, inverter and fridge. Real OTR flatbed: Hauling steel, lumber, building materials and military equipment! Experience in OperatingLTL - Pickup & Delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL (new grads welcome)25 years or older
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Pass DOT drug screen and background check
  • Clean MVR and PSPNo DUI, license suspensions, SAP or major accidents
  • No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
  • Able to stay out 4 weeks at a time
  • Hardworking, Motivated and Ready to put in the work!
  • Pay and Benefits1,500-5,000/week (25%-30%)New drivers start at 25% of load revenue 1% raise every month up to 30%, based on good driving performance
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit every Friday
  • Experienced drivers: starting percentage based on experience4 weeks out and 5 days home or 3 weeks out and 3 days home.
