About the role

Overview Job Description: The Business Development Analyst will support our Outside Recruiting Firm (ORF) account specialist team and be responsible for managing, evaluating, and routing referrals generated by ORF. This role ensures all referral information is accurately captured, screened, prioritized, and distributed to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, accelerating growth goals, and delivering a high-touch, quality experience for Outside Recruiting Firms. Responsibilities Lead processing – 90% Lead Intake & Management: Receive and process referrals for prospective advisors from ORFs in a timely manner. Validate referral details and conduct preliminary reviews to ensure basic qualification alignment. Disposition unqualified referrals based on pre-defined criteria and communicate clearly with ORFs. Populate qualified referral information in CRM (Salesforce) with accuracy and consistency. Workflow Coordination: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate internal stakeholder(s). Communicate with ORFs regarding referral assignment, status, updates, and follow-up actions. Other adhoc support – 10% Onboarding new ORFs Organize standard internal documents required for new vendor onboarding. Review and upload new vendor onboarding documents in Ariba (vendor mgmt. platform). Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure proper vendor due diligence and onboarding completeness. Reporting: Track volume, quality, and conversion metrics for all processed referrals. Generate and extract referral reporting metrics from CRM (Salesforce) for distribution to external stakeholders. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in business/recruiting operations or administrative processing. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage high volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
