About the role
- Create conversational content including dialogue flows, prompts, and messaging
- Design and document conversational workflows, user journeys, and interaction diagrams
- Develop copy aligned with brand voice and customer experience standards
- Collaborate with UX, product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements
- Review and refine AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Use AI and design tools to prototype and improve conversational experiences
- Contribute to governance, standards, and best practices for AI content
- Present examples of conversational solutions and outcomes
- Experience working on conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar conversational platforms
- Background in content strategy, copywriting, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Strong writing skills with ability to maintain consistent voice and tone
- Experience building conversational flows, workflows, or customer journey content
- Proficiency with Claude and leveraging AI tools for content development
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, product, design, AI)
- Portfolio showcasing conversational content, workflows, and delivered solutions
- Experience with Figma for visualizing conversational experiences
- Experience using Canva or similar tools for concept communication
- Understanding of UX and conversational design principles
- Experience supporting customer-facing AI and digital experience initiatives
