About the Job: TNG is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team as School District Chefs. Oversee daily café operations and staff Coordinate and execute catering events Manage ordering and inventory Oversee vending operations, stocking, and product rotation Assist with food preparation and service as needed
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and drive to operate with the highest ethical standards
  • Natural leader, who creates an atmosphere of encouragement for staff
  • Have a passion and talent for cooking with a minimum of 5 years' culinary experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in management, training, and food cost management
  • Knowledge of HACCP and National School Breakfast/Lunch Program
  • Ability to complete essential ordering, production records, HACCP logs, inventory, and menu development
  • Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, ServSafe certification required
