What You’ll Do:
You won’t just “work on pavement.” You’ll learn a craft.
Apply sealcoat, crackfill, and line striping with precision and intention
Prep job sites through cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup
Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained, supportive crew
Contribute to projects that blend engineering discipline with artistic detail
Maintain a clean, safe, respectful job site
Represent the Doctor Asphalt Way — craftsmanship, communication, and pride

What We’re Looking For:
We hire for character, train for skill, and invest in your future.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in both Hot and Cold weather
Reliable transportation to Work
Willingness to learn — no experience required - but experience helps
Team‑oriented mindset and respect for craftsmanship
Must be willing to travel and be out of state for 2-4 weeks at a time as well as be available for work in either Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN when local work is required
Prefer a Valid Class A CDL

Varies s Needed - typically Mon-Sat.8-14 hours per day depending on the job
