About the role

Mistras Level II RT/CR Technician Mistras is seeking dedicated Level II RT/CR Technicians local to the Corpus Christi area for a long-term project starting Sept. 2026. Competitive rates and comprehensive benefits.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Start Date: September 2026 Expected Completion: March 2027 (or later)

Major Responsibilities/Activities: Perform piping/vessel inspections in a lay down yard (Fab Shop) using Radiography and report findings. Train RT assistant, run the film and grade the film per specific procedures directed by the customer. Perform to set up and calibrate equipment and interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified and exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job-training and guidance of trainees and NDT level I personnel. Organize and report the results of NDT tests. Generate NDT data, organize data, and report findings. Evaluate data for disposition. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GEDMust have valid TWIC cardMust have valid state cardMust be able to pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screening
