About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support a busy Business Development team across New York and San Francisco. As the first dedicated administrative hire in the New York office, you will play a key role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations while helping to establish and develop the administrative function as the office continues to grow.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Office management and day-to-day office coordination
- Supporting onboarding and general office administration
- Liaising with colleagues across global offices
- Assisting with events, marketing activity and ad hoc projects
- Candidate Specification:2–3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional, personable and collaborative in approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce experience would be advantageous
- Experience within a professional services or corporate environment is preferred
