What You’ll Do: Maintain a direct caseload of learners Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTsServe as the on-site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTsWhat You’ll Need Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldNC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities Ability to pass a background check Compleat KiDZ/Kare Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
