About the role

WHO WE ARE: Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences — Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, The New York Times, and more. We consider our employees our greatest asset: structured training from day one, consistent feedback, and a clear path for growth. We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.
ABOUT PALIHOTEL PALM SPRINGS: Palihotel Palm Springs will bring the signature Palisociety point of view to the desert: design-driven, a little irreverent, and unmistakably warm. Our 116-room boutique hotel, perfectly situated in South Palm Canyon adjacent to downtown Palm Springs, blends high-style 1970s inspiration with playful, sun-washed colors, bold textures, and effortless elegance. At the heart of the hotel is a lively pool scene with an all-day café and laid-back poolside DJ vibes that encourage guests to drift seamlessly from slow mornings to energized afternoons.

Drive guest satisfaction — reviewing feedback, leading recovery efforts, and staying visible with guests to gather input and resolve concerns. Facilitate the monthly property Safety Committee and ensure full compliance with all safety, OSHA, and Local regulatory requirements. Maintain the property to the highest cleanliness, maintenance, design, and Eye for Detail standards, through regular inspections, walkthroughs and documented Preventative Maintenance protocols. Own the property's financial performance — managing checkbooks, labor standards, inventories, and cost reviews against budget, and partnering with the accounting department on monthly financial reporting and ownership relations. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
