About the role
Discover the company where you'll make a difference! We are recruiting for 2 Data Interrogation Team Members to join our team! Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day to day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people. You'll remain compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements. This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes. Within this exciting role you'll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You'll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found. Ability to be flexible and adapt to/work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals, and be open to change Able to work with and support others within own team, as well as other teams and departments Adopt a 'can-do' attitude Ability to plan and manage own time effectively Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner Strong analytical skills and accuracy Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable Opportunities are open to all suitably qualified candidates.
