About the role
Ana Luisa, a Brooklyn-based ecommerce jewelry brand, is seeking a highly organized Retail Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our retail stores. You will partner with store leaders and the People Team to attract and hire top talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruiting experience in retail or multi-location settings, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with JazzHR and Monday.
