Restoration projects have a lot of moving parts. Bringing the crews, customers, schedules, and resources together - and keeping everything on track - is where a strong manager makes the difference. As a Restoration Manager with SERVPRO, you'll lead restoration projects from scope through completion while managing the people and resources behind them. You'll coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and clients, manage project costs, and make sure work meets SERVPRO's standards for quality, safety, and service. It's a role with real responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence how the restoration operation performs. You'll develop your team, make decisions that improve project performance, and use your restoration and leadership experience to help deliver better results for customers and the business.

In addition to a salary starting at $65,000.00 annually, you can expect: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Paid training Opportunities for career progression and professional development What You'll Do Oversee restoration projects from scope and estimate through completion, managing schedules, documentation, and job requirements throughout Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources across active projects Maintain clear communication with customers, clients, vendors, insurance representatives, and internal teams Manage labor, project expenses, resources, job costs, and profitability Lead restoration personnel through training, coaching, performance management, and support with recruiting Oversee quality and safe work practices across jobsites, addressing concerns and reinforcing established procedures What You Bring High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous operations experience, ideally in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field At least one year of management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, people, and resources effectively Valid driver's license Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus This is a full-time position with frequent field visits and primarily local travel. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with additional hours, evenings, or weekends as projects require.
