We are also Marquette County's only skilled nursing provider. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and effective long-term and short-term clinical support to the elderly and those with long-term disabilities requiring skilled day-to-day nursing care. What You'll Do: Bring energy and creativity to plan and lead engaging activities for residents.
Create moments that matter - whether it's a game, a craft, or a themed event. Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs. Work closely with a passionate team to keep our residents active, happy, and connected.
What We're Looking For: A people person with a big heart and a knack for fun.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and think outside the box. Previous experience in activities or recreation is a plus - not required. We'll train the right person!
