About the role

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide hospice care across patients 0 homes and facilities. You will conduct admissions and patient visits, respond to inquiries, and support symptom management with a compassionate approach. This role includes after-hours on-call from 5PM to 8:30AM, seven days on/off, across the service area. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least 1 year of licensed experience, and demonstrates strong clinical skills and teamwork
