  • Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Full-Time | Entry Level
  • Looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position where you can learn new skills and build a career? We’re looking for a dependable and organized Receptionist / File Clerk to join our team!
  • No prior experience required — we provide on-the-job training!
What You'll Do:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone
  • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with basic office and clerical duties
  • Organize, file, and maintain customer and vehicle records
  • Enter and update information accurately
  • Make copies, scan documents, and handle routine paperwork
  • Assist the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
  • Able to handle paperwork and confidential information responsibly
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous office, customer service, banking, finance, retail, or administrative experience is a plus — but not required
