Tender Hearts Counseling, a leading provider of child, teen, and family mental health services, is seeking an exceptional Child Therapist to join our new office in Tysons Corner, Virginia. This opportunity is available for part-time or full-time clinicians who are excited to work with children and their families ages 3 and up in a supportive, collaborative environment. Your Role: Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children and teens Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs Partner with families to support comprehensive, whole-child care
What We’re Looking for: Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required Licensed in Virginia or eligible for licensure is required Experience or strong interest in working with children in a clinical setting Experience and interest in supporting parents and family Highly organized, self-aware, and dependable professional with strong time-management skills. Consistently punctual for appointments and effective at managing schedules, responsibilities, and daily tasks.
