Manitowoc, WI | Mon–Thurs | 3:00pm–1:00am | On-site Looking for steady hours, long-term stability, and a role where you can learn and grow? ABR Employment Services is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer in Manitowoc. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit. Pay & Growth$19-$20/hr to start during training$20-$21/hr once training is complete and you move to 2nd shift (includes shift premium)Additional pay increases available based on performance and skill development Schedule 2nd shift: 3:00pm–1:00am Monday–Thursday (4 x 10s) = 3-day weekends every week Will train on 1st shift 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
What You'll Do: Operate CNC/production equipment following work instructions Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures Complete required production/quality documentation Report issues and help keep production moving Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet production goals
