Adobe has an unique strength at the intersection of Creativity, Marketing and AI which naturally makes us the first call from CMOs, CTOs, SVPs of AI, etc.As a Firefly Foundry Field CTO, you will be a thought leader in the market to understand enterprise goals and business needs, the GenAI/AI technology landscape, Adobe's broad surface area of technologies to drive meaningful Enterprise business growth for Adobe.A successful candidate will have technical chops, a general management mindset, strong C-level relationships and an ability to rally internal cross-functional partners across enterprise sales, research, applied AI/ML, marketing, finance, business value engineering, etc. You will have deep leadership and operating knowledge of the product development, packaging and marketing opportunities for global brands and their agency ecosystem.You will work closely with Adobe Researchers in Generative AI and other fields and with our Creative Technologist to find the intersection of Customer need and Product Truth.What You'll DoDrive Firefly Foundry pipeline from exploration to deal closing along with the Adobe enterprise sales & marketing organization.Identify enterprise customer goals and needs by articulating customer workflow problems, use cases and match them to Adobe Firefly FoundryAbility to synthesize the changing Enterprise customer landscape into insights and impact to Adobe (so-what, then-what)Partner well with enterprise sales, internal product management, engineering and research teams to articulate the "the art of the possible"Initiate and progress Firefly Foundry opportunities.Influence product roadmaps. Validate and iterate with customers, partners and internal collaborators. Gather technical product feedback from sales, customer success and professional services organizations. Embed at the customer as a customer engineer, as necessary.Serve as GenAI technical authority to c-suite customers and understand technologies in Adobe Firefly Services (APIs), Creative Cloud technologies, and corresponding Digital Experience APIs and technologiesPrepare and present compelling customer presentations with technical demos for Customers, partner events, conferences, and Adobe senior leadership.What You'll Need To SucceedOver 10 years of proven professional experience in product and enterprise sales roles. The U.S. pay range for this position is $201,100 -- $380,225 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
