About the role
- Install and assist with installation of EV charging stations and related electrical infrastructure
- Perform electrical construction and installation work according to project specifications
- Prepare and organize materials for projects
- Load and unload electrical and construction materials
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with conduit, wiring, equipment installation, and other electrical construction activities
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project instructions, plans, and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and other contractors
- Drive company or personal vehicles to various job sites
- Work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
- Perform other construction and electrical duties as required
- California State Certified Electrician required or C10 Electrical Contractor license required
- Electrical construction or installation experience preferred
- Preferred Experience with EV charging stations, EV infrastructure, commercial electrical, or electrical construction is a plus
- Valid California driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel to various job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, dig, climb, push, and pull
- Lift and carry construction and electrical materials
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or occasional overnight/graveyard shifts depending on project requirements
- Work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines
