About the role
The HT Group is seeking a Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant for our nonprofit client in Beaumont. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, articulate, and able to manage changing priorities with minimal direction. Executive-level administrative experience is preferred.
Employment Type:
Full-time, Temporary (4 Weeks, with potential for Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $25 / hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and office staff.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and Google Forms.
- Draft professional correspondence and formal emails.
- Follow up with vendors, sponsors, and community contacts.
- Assist with projects and special assignments.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
- Executive-level administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent phone skills, grammar, and communication.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed.
- Able to shift priorities quickly and work independently.
