What You'll Be Doing: Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product handling and distribution. Supervise, coach, and develop terminal employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and customer service activities to meet operational and business objectives. Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and service levels. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards. What Are We Looking ForDemonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive high performance in an operational environment. Strong knowledge of terminal, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Proven capability to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in analyzing operational data, managing resources, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work Environment: Primarily based in a terminal operations environment with regular interaction across operational, customer, and transportation functions. Combination of office and field-based responsibilities requiring visibility and engagement within the operation. May require working flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business needs. Requires the ability to navigate active industrial environments and follow all established safety procedures.
